Be Frassy

Since I come across Befrassy I have been hooked. I was lucky enough to get Audrey to answer some questions and feature in one of my vintage pieces. Audrey's style is such an inspiration.
Check out befrassy for lot's of fun playful fashion inspiration.
Describe a typical day in the life of Audrey?
I am usually an early-riser, probably around 8am. I wake up, have some coffee, check my email. Might then head to the gym- then work all day, previously on my degree, but now that is finished, I will work on various online projects, such as my online store and a few other ventures I am excited to launch. Will then usually head out for coffee or lunch with a friend or  my boyfriend. Might go out for a couple glasses of wine in the evening, or will easily stay in, watch gossip girl or read.
How did you get into blogging? & How long have you been blogging for?
I guess the whole realm of blogging appealled to me because of its ease of self-expression, which I guess, as a writer, is something that is constantly covetable. I've been blogging for almost three years now!
What do you make of the blogging phenomena?
I love it. It is expanding by the day, the girls are grabbing further fame and further expertise everyday. I find the whole movement, incredibly inspirational!
Your Daily reads?
Bohemian Musings, Thats Chic, Chic Heroin, BouBouTeaTime, Stylorectic, Fashionologie, Canned Fashion, Happy Because & Karlas Closet, oh and I've really started to enjoy Chic Muse. Garance Dore is probably my favourite, her writing is refreshingly down to earth and very humourous.
(What I like about Frassy is that you turn fashion on its head breaking all the fashion rules with that great British style-mixing Vintage with high street)
What do you make of British girls style?
In London, the true style-goers have no fear in their dress-sense, and I absolutely adore that. It is crazy and liberated and there is not an ioda ofa self-conscious element in the insane stuff they sometimes wear, which, quite frankly, I find amazing.

What are you going to be wearing this Summer time?
Maxi Dresses, Big Floppy Hats, Subdued colours- alot of greys, beiges and pastels.
You wear vintage so well any tips for our readers on how to wear vintage?
Buy stuff you wouldn't normally purchase from the high-street, be original. Vintage has become an almost conventional style now, so keep it original in every possible way you can.
Have you and Isa finally hook up?
Sadly, not yet, but I can assure you it will happen.
The interview between you and Isabelle for Bohemian musings is great do you guys stay in touch?
I love Isa, she is the kind of girl I've always dreamed of being friends with- and yet there are very few genuine people like Isa. She is a rare gem. We email very regularly, and while I am yet to meet her in person, I know that when we finally sit down with some wine, it will be like old friends re-united.
OMG how was it meeting Olivia Palermo & Alexa chung?
Pretty awesome. Such beautiful girls, and so friendly.
I know you’re a literature lover any recommended reading?
Wide Sargasso Sea, by Jean Rhys. On Photography, by Susan Sontag. Care of The Soul, by Thomas Moore.
You always look so cool and well dressed do you ever have those can’t be bothered days?
Yes. You should see the awful stuff I wear to the gym!
What would your Dream job be?
Owner of an online magazine. Or maybe a stylist.
Thank you so much Audrey, for taking out time to complete this interview.
